During winegrowing, our certified biodynamic and organic wines are produced with the minimum of sulfites and “Bordeaux mix” (copper, sulfate and quicklime – a traditional fungicide used to ward off mildew).

In the winemaking process, all but one of our wines are free of added sulfites. The exception, Château de Lardiley Oak Matured, contains a strict minimum to prevent oxidation in the barrel.

All our wines are certified free of pesticide residues.
