The menu will offer dishes made exclusively from organic- and biodynamic-certified products produced here on the BioEthik Bordeaux farm: home-grown vegetables, extra-fresh eggs, Gascon chicken and Landais lamb.
We’ll also offer desserts made from locally sourced ingredients.
